3 Easy Ways to Order
1. Online Order: You can order online
using your MasterCard or Visa. Our online order form features a SSL
secure server which protects your financial information. When using
our online order form, please include your correct e-mail and
telephone number. This allows us to contact you if we need further information to complete your order.
2. Fax Order: For customers who
would prefer not to send their financial information electronically,
you can fax your order directly to us. All you need to do is shop
our online store, adding desired items to your shopping cart. When
you have completed you selections, click the View Cart/Checkout link
at top of the page.
Complete the order form with the requested information and select
the fax method of payment. Print out the
form instead of electronically submitting it. Fax it to our sales
department at (760)321-1425.
3. Mail Order: You can also place an order
with us via mail using a check or money order. Print and mail
your order form with payment, made out and mail to:

There is a 5-7 working day processing time for
personal checks to clear before orders are shipped.
The domestic shipping charge is calculated on the dollar value of your order. See the table below for the shipping charges breakdown. All orders are shipped U.S. Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Allow up to 6 business days for delivery from the date your order is shipped. You will receive an e-mail notification when your order is shipped.

Returns / Replacements:

There is a 14 day return policy. If you are not
fully satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a
replacement or full refund, minus any shipping charges. Please allow
7 to 10 business days for your return to be credited or exchange
made. You may send it to the address below, please include a brief
note that includes your name, address, phone number, reason you are
returning the item and specify if you would like a replacement or
refund.
Some items can not be returned if open. These
items include: videos, DVD’s, and toy collectibles.

International Shipping
Shipping Charges: All Shipping charges to
international addresses are calculated on the dollar value of you
order. All shipments are sent insured Air Parcel Post from the
United States Postal Service, unless Express service is requested.
See the tables below for the shipping charges breakdown for your
country. For Air Parcel Post allow 10-15 business days from
the date your order is shipped, and 5-7 business days for Express
service. You will receive an e-mail notification when you order
is shipped.
International orders must be paid by credit card.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Your credit card will convert
your total order amount based on that day’s exchange rate.
Remember taxes and duties are your responsibility. At this
time we only ship to the following countries: Australia, France,
Germany, Ireland, Japan, The UK, and Mexico.
